LABS Group JV Agreement sign off with Arena Esports Hotel
LABS Group is proud to announce a joint venture with Arena eSports Hotel, the biggest eSports hotel in Southeast Asia and a pioneer integrating gaming arena and themed hotel that caters to enthusiasts. Upon finalizing cooperation details and legal procedures, Arena eSports Hotel will be LABS’s strategic partner on tokenizing Esports hotel into blockchain real estate investment and provide a blockchain solution.
Our project is located at Bugis, Singapore, which is the biggest eSports hotel in Southeast Asia and the world’s first hotel with VR concepts, located in the promising business district. In the future, eSports enthusiasts will be catered to this 25,000 sq. ft. communal habitat with co-working, co-playing and co-living facilities. Andy Koh, CTO from Arena eSports Hotel, who has a strong track record in the IT and eSports industry and hosting eSports events, will serve enthusiastic tourists with colorful rundowns. Arena eSports Hotel will fully support the operation of the entire project as a local hotel operator. Meanwhile, the company is in the process of securing the 2nd outlet which is located at prime Orchard Road and details will be announced soon.
LABS Group, meanwhile, will contribute to the blockchain solutions in this project. As an advanced concept of business, 80% of the hotel is tokenized and the real estate assets are available for investment utilizing blockchain technology. It is already a part of the blockchain,” she said.
