LABS Group is Auctioning Ultra Rare Lifetime Real Estate Club Membership NFT Cards
We want to reward our loyal followers for all their support. We are offering our community the ability to capitalize on the LABS Group ecosystem before launching our IDO. We are hosting an NFT auction based on your contribution of Ethereum (ETH). This unique event is only available for a very limited time. The NFT Auction will commence on Saturday, March 6th at 8:00 AM UTC and end on Thursday, March 11th at 4:00 PM UTC.
We will send out the Ethereum contribution address on March 6th through our social media channels (Telegram, Twitter, and Medium) and make an announcement that the Auction has started.
Enjin will be our exclusive partner in minting the token for us so a big thanks to them.
The LABS Group Real Estate Club memberships will be available to all users at a later date but will require the staking of LABS tokens to access the membership tiers shown below. Get in now and you will not be required to stake in the future!
What is an NFT LDO(Liquid Distribution Offering)?
The LDO will grant users the ability to bid for Ultra Rare NFT’s that grant them lifetime access to the LABS Real Estate Club. There will only be a limited supply of 118 NFTs in total up for auction. LABS will hold 18 extra black card NFTs for future promotions.
For a chance to win the limited NFTs, you have to be a top 100 contributor in ETH terms to the LDO. Users out of the top 100 that have provided the contribution of 0.5 ETH will still receive the Red NFT Card that will entitle them to power-up staking bonuses and future discounts on real estate investments. Anyone can contribute ETH to this auction, allowing for a 100% fair launch and distribution. Even if you cannot get into the top rank, there is a lot to look forward to.
As a bonus gift. All contributors that reach the minimum of 0.5 ETH bid on the NFT auction will receive free LABS UniSwap LP tokens which will give them part of the 0.3% transaction fees generated by UniSwap during our Initial DEX Offering (IDO) and future trading!
NFT’s will be distributed to all qualifying contributors 14 days after the IDO. Contributors will also receive their free LP Token which is a combination of ETH and LABS tokens distributed at the same time.
The LABS Group Real Estate club may in the future give you access to timeshare units that allow you to book a vacation at one of the various properties for free, Discounts on lending, Discounts on Platform Fees and potentially much more.

This LDO will take place before the start of the IDO on Saturday, March 6th at 8:00 AM UTC and end on March 11th at 4:00 PM UTC.
We will post the top 100 contributors onto a leaderboard which will be available on the LABSGroup website on the 15th of March
Remember, any ETH contributions after March 11th 4:00 PM UTC will not be counted towards the NFT auction, so make sure you start early if you want to be involved!
